Honest pricing for every system we build
Every site is different. These ranges reflect real project costs — not marketing minimums. A site assessment gives you the exact number.

Starting ranges across all systems
A high-level view of where each system starts. Every project is scoped individually after a site assessment.
Why we don't publish a price list
Subsurface systems aren't like buying a product off a shelf. The cost of an in-ground trampoline in Brentwood TN — with Nashville clay soil and a high water table — is genuinely different from the same system in Elkhorn NE with sandy loam and good drainage.
Publishing a single price would either mislead you low (and surprise you later) or scare you off with a high number that doesn't apply to your site. Neither is honest.
The ranges on this page reflect real projects we've completed. The site assessment is free. The proposal is fixed-price — no change orders for things we should have caught upfront.
Fixed-price proposals. Once we assess your site and send a proposal, that number doesn't move unless you change the scope. We don't do surprise change orders.
Request a Consultation
Tell us about your property and what you're considering. We'll ask the right questions to understand site fit before anything else.
Site Assessment
We visit the property, assess soil conditions, drainage, access, and existing landscape. This is where real pricing gets determined.
Detailed Proposal
You receive a written proposal with scope, materials, timeline, and fixed pricing. No surprises after you sign.
Scheduled Installation
We coordinate all trades — excavation, drainage, installation, and finish. You don't manage multiple contractors.
What moves the number up or down
These are the variables that most commonly affect final project cost — in order of impact.
Drainage complexity
High water table, clay soil, or poor natural drainage requires more engineered drainage infrastructure. This is the single biggest cost variable on most projects.
Site slope and access
Sloped sites require grading. Tight access for excavation equipment adds time and cost. Flat, open sites are the most straightforward.
System size and depth
Larger trampolines, deeper shelters, and multi-vehicle galleries require more excavation, more material, and more labor. Size is the most predictable cost driver.
Surface finish
Standard turf restoration is included. Hardscape integration, premium turf, or custom surround materials add cost — but also add to the finished look.
Permit requirements
Some municipalities require permits for excavation or structural work. We handle the process — permit fees are passed through at cost.
Existing utilities
Underground utilities (gas, electric, irrigation) that need to be relocated or worked around add scope. We locate all utilities before excavation.
Pricing questions
Because every site is genuinely different. Soil conditions, drainage complexity, slope, existing landscaping, and utility locations all affect cost. The ranges on this page are honest — but the only way to give you a real number is to assess your specific site.
Yes. We don't charge for the initial consultation or site assessment. We want to make sure the project is a good fit before either of us commits.
No. LOWLINE coordinates the full scope — excavation, drainage, installation, and surface restoration. You get one point of contact and one contract.
We don't offer in-house financing, but we work with clients who use home equity lines, construction loans, or third-party financing. We can provide documentation to support your application.
Most in-ground trampoline installs complete in 2–4 days. Storm shelters and custom systems typically run 1–3 weeks depending on scope. We give you a firm timeline in the proposal.
Permit fees are passed through at cost and itemized separately in the proposal. We handle the permit process — you don't need to coordinate with the municipality.

The site assessment is free. The proposal is fixed.
Tell us about your property and what you're considering. We'll assess the site, answer your questions, and give you a real number — not a range.
